I'm certain you will enjoy watching this short video-clip of our 3-hour herbal workshop. The workshop covered yin and yang healing values of herbs & foods, formulas for making your own herbal remedies, identifying and learning how to rid the body of the most common recurring illnesses. These workshops are conducted twice a month. For one full hour we tackle three common areas of concern, followed by an open forum, question and answer period.

There will be two 6-Week Herbal e-Courses; one in the beginning of the year and one in the Fall. Each is a comprehensive synopsis of my full 6-month Herb Course. For 6 weeks I share healing information that will empower you to take control of your health, reduce doctors visit and their expensive co-pays. In it I give you a clear understanding of how to make herbal formulas, how herbs work, a clear understanding of the yin and yang of herbs and food, a concise explanation of how the 5 elements in the universe (water, wood, fire, earth and metal) tie into the same 5 elements in your body, and the intricate role they play in your state of health, as well as an introduction to a variety of other healing modalities that can bring remedies from pain and recurring illness that drugs and medicines don't seem to be able to totally eliminate.
