Khepera is a form of the sun-god Re. Khepera was specifically the god of the rising sun.  The name comes from the Egyptian word, kheprer or "to become".

As Khepera is the manifestation of the beetle rolling along his ball of dung, depicting the rising sun, these pins/pendants were made with large gemstone balls in front of the Khepera to reflect the rolling of the sun. Wear the beauty of the most powerful icon in Egyptian history.
